A €17.50/hour base rate for all helpers, paid after completed bookings. Actual earnings depend on booking volume and hours worked; we are in early launch in Berlin.
Via Stripe Connect directly to your bank account, after each completed booking. Your payout is released once a 48-hour dispute window has passed, and Stripe then transfers it on the standard payout schedule for your account. The remuneration shown for the booking is the amount SettlyGo pays you.
Yes! You have 100% flexibility. Accept only bookings that fit your schedule and preferences.
No minimum or maximum hours. Work 2 hours/week or 40 hours/week - completely up to you.
No experience needed! Just speak German fluently and be willing to help people navigate bureaucracy.
Freelance (freiberuflich). You're self-employed, not our employee. This gives you flexibility but means you're responsible for your own taxes and insurance.
Great! We need helpers who speak Persian, Arabic, Hindi, Marathi, Turkish, and other languages. All helpers earn €17.50/hour regardless of language - we value all languages equally.
